1. Ownership & Brand Statement

JellyFrend is a registered confectionery brand and a product proudly owned, produced, and marketed by Sureitt India.

All legal, promotional, branding, and operational rights remain with Sureitt India.

2. Product Nature & Characteristics

2.1 JellyFrend produces heart-shaped, sugar-coated jelly confectionery products intended for enjoyment and emotional connection.

2.2 Taste, shape, size, texture, and appearance may slightly vary due to natural production and handling conditions.

2.3 Slight deformities shall not constitute defects, and no compensation or refund shall arise.

3. Consumption Responsibility

Consumption is voluntary and at the consumer’s discretion. JellyFrend shall not be held liable for any health-related concerns due to allergies, medical conditions, or excessive consumption.

4. Promotional Surprises, Square Coin & Rewards

4.1 Some JellyFrend packs may include promotional surprises including Square Coins, reward opportunities, or participation rights.

4.2 These are random and availability is not guaranteed in every pack.

Square Coin (Series 1 to 10) Policy

4.3 Certain rewards require the customer to collect Square Coin Series from 1 to 10. This is compulsory to qualify.

4.4 If a customer claims a prize but fails to present the complete series of 1 to 10 Square Coins when required, the prize shall be automatically cancelled without further claim rights.

4.5 If any Square Coin is missing, lost, damaged, or unavailable, JellyFrend / Sureitt India holds no responsibility and shall not provide a replacement.

5. Content Creation & Selection Criteria

5.1 For certain rewards, customers may be required to create reels, photos, or content.

5.2 Only reels/content that meet the brand’s quality standards and emotional value criteria will be considered.

5.3 Final prize winners shall be selected only by Sureitt India’s official decision panel.

5.4 Selection is 100% discretionary and no objection, argument, or legal challenge shall be entertained.

5.5 Only eligible, high-quality, brand-appropriate entries will receive rewards.

6. Special Edition Products

6.1 On special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Friendship Day, Sister’s Day etc., JellyFrend may release Special Edition products.

6.2 These editions may have different pricing, packaging, themes, and policies compared to regular products.

6.3 Availability, pricing, and conditions of Special Edition products are solely decided by Sureitt India and may change without prior notice.

7. Contest Participation

Participation in any contest or promotion is voluntary. Winning is not guaranteed. Sureitt India reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any contest at any time.

8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

JellyFrend products are provided “as is” without warranty.

Maximum liability, if applicable by law, shall not exceed the product purchase price.

9. Safety Disclaimer

Not suitable for children under 3 years (choking risk). Store in a cool & dry place.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, packaging, and promotional materials belong to Sureitt India. Unauthorized usage is prohibited.

11. Modification Rights

Sureitt India reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall fall under the legal jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat – India.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing, consuming, participating, or engaging with JellyFrend, the consumer agrees to all terms mentioned above.

14. Product Shape & Variations

14.1 JellyFrend primarily promotes heart-shaped themed jelly products. However, customers may occasionally find different jelly shapes or variations inside packets, boxes, or pouches due to supplier production diversity.

14.2 Shape variation shall not be considered a product defect or quality failure, and no claim, replacement, or compensation shall arise.

15. Manufacturing & Repackaging Disclaimer

15.1 Sureitt India does not manufacture Jelly products itself.

15.2 JellyFrend jellies are purchased from reputed and quality-conscious third-party manufacturers.

15.3 Products are professionally inspected, tested, and checked by Sureitt India before repackaging and branding to ensure safety and consumer satisfaction.

15.4 Sureitt India carefully verifies factory standards, hygiene practices, taste quality, and production processes before procurement.

16. Quality Responsibility & Limitations

16.1 Sureitt India ensures only best-selected quality reaches customers.

16.2 However, as the product is originally manufactured by external companies, Sureitt India shall not be held liable for:

natural taste variation

shape differences

minor surface sugar variation

manufacturing batch variation

packaging-related transportation effects

16.3 Sureitt India’s responsibility remains limited to safe repackaging, proper storage, lawful distribution, and ethical brand communication only.

17. Liability Boundaries

17.1 Any defect arising purely from original manufacturing remains strictly the responsibility of the respective manufacturer.

17.2 Sureitt India provides no direct manufacturing warranty.

17.3 Maximum liability, if any applicable under law, shall be limited to the purchase amount only.
